1. Input assessment of the originator with respect to environmental protection
  • Input inspection of the originator's production premises and/or its compounds, areas, objects etc., getting acquainted with the current status of compliance with the applicable legislation in the environmental protection area and elaboration of the documents for removal of any occasional setbacks regarding the waste management, air pollution and water management.
2. Elaboration of the documents in the field of environmental protection

I. Waste management
  • Elaboration of the Emergency plan for handling of the hazardous waste
  • Elaboration of the Waste Management Program of the originator of waste
  • Elaboration of the operating rules for the facility
  • Keeping of documentary files of the waybills of the hazardous wastes
  • Elaboration of the reports according to the Decree No.283/2001 Coll
  • Elaboration of the supporting documents for issuance of the approvals according to the Waste Management Act and ensuring of elaboration of any occasional expert's accounts in the subjects of wastes
  • Elaboration of the supporting documents for calculation of the amounts of contributions to the Recycling Fund
  • Professional consultations and advice according to the Packaging Act
  • Professional consultations and advice according to the applicable legislation on waste management
II. Air Pollution
  • Elaboration of the report on emissions of air pollutants
  • Calculation of the air pollution fees
  • Elaboration of the operating manuals of the air pollution source
  • Elaboration of the supporting documents for issuance of a decision – an approval for commissioning of an air pollution source and occasional arrangements for elaboration of the expert's accounts in the subject of protection of air against polluting substances.
III. Water Management
  • Elaboration of the supporting documents for issuance of approvals according to the Water Management Act
  • Elaboration of the supporting documents for approval of the emergency plan
  • Elaboration of the preventive measures for avoidance of an uncontrollable leak of hazardous substances into the living environment and drafting of the procedure in case of such leak - „Emergency Plan“
  • Elaboration of the operating rules for storage and manipulation of substances hazardous for waters
  • Elaboration of the operating rules for the municipal sewerage
     
3. Assurance of Upkeep of Files in the Environmental Area
  • Upkeep of ongoing records and elaboration of the reports/documents for the calendar year according to the legislation applicable for the environmental protection
  • Assurance of valorization or disposal of wastes according to the legislation
  • Representing the waste originator before the state authorities of waste management (Ministry of Environment SR, SIŽP, County Authority of Environment and the District Authority of Environment)
  • Performance of the legislative surveillance
4. Emergency Service
  • Assurance of permanent emergency service in the form of stand-by squad and rapidly activated rescue works in case of extraordinary event and removal of the consequences of an accident, disposal and/or valorization of waste originating in case of an emergency event, elaboration of the preventive measures plan for avoidance of origination of wastes and drafting a procedure for the case of waste leak
5. Miscellaneous
  • Arrangement and performance of training activities for selected personnel directly in the premises of the waste originator
  • Arranging for elaboration of a plan and/or of an Expert's Account for assessment of the activities according to the act No.127/1994 Coll. on Environmental Impacts Assessment
